Deepa Krishnan proudly presents an exciting series of FREE to enter, fun art contests for kids in the age group 6-12 years. Nothing like a good old-fashioned contest to get those creative neurons firing!
This month's challenge is to make art using empty paper towel rolls/ toilet paper rolls. The artwork can be in any medium with the empty paper rolls playing the main role 😉. You may draw, paint or create a 3-D sculpture using the empty paper rolls. Put on your thinking caps and get creative! Gather all the supplies you have at home and get ready to create your own original work of art.

Timelines: The June contest timelines are as follows.
- 1-Jun-2020: Contest Announcement for the month.
- 20-Jun-2020: Deadline to submit the artwork. (*Updated - Deadline has been moved from 15-Jun to 20-Jun)
- 22-Jun-2020: All qualifying entries will be posted in the website.
- 25-Jun-2020: Announcement of the Prize winners in the Social Media page
- Junior Category - 6 to 8 years
- Senior Category - 9 to 12 years
Prizes: The winners 🏆 from each category will receive a Surprise Gift and an Award Certificate by email and the winning entries will be featured in the social media pages for the whole world to see 👀. Winner's photo or video (as per the winner's preference) will also be posted along with their winning entry.
Judging Criteria: All artworks will be judged based on the following criteria and the judge's decision is final.
- Creativity
- Originality
- Quality of the Artwork submitted
- Adherence to the theme or material requirement of the contest
- Presentation
Rights: Content submitted will appear in website page and social media sites with credit given to submitting artist without any transfer of rights belonging to the artist. Deepa Krishnan reserves the right to remove files from the page without prior notice.
